Lowell has always been a person with very rigid standards ruling over his day to day life. He cares greatly for rules and discipline, strictly following each and every expectation given to him without objection. Rarely does he ever stray away from the standards that are expected of him and is only known to break the rules if they vastly contradict his own morals. Even then, he will put great thought into all options before rushing into things and will accept any consequences of his actions with dignity and grace. He is perceptive and intelligent, noticing small details of his surroundings that many others tend to overlook. He seldom forgets things, holding onto the memories of them with picture perfect clarity. He is easily able to recount stories, history, and past conversations without a single word fumbled or forgotten.

Growing up as the outcast of a cult has made him rather stoic and standoffish. Lowell wants nothing more than to be accepted by others but fears greatly that their perception of him could change drastically in a single moment. Due to this, he tends to not speak unless spoken to and won't say anything of his own feelings unless asked. Even then, there are some things he wouldn't say even if asked. It is incredibly rare that his composure cracks, and it is usually at the hands of Zuriel that it does. If one can get past the outer layer of Lowell's personality, they'll find that he's actually a very passionate and selfless person when it comes to those who show him kindness. He never anticipates his sentiments to be returned either. When they are, however, he will be loyal to that person for the rest of his life and would risk life, limb, and honor for them without hesitation even if it meant breaking the rules.
