Need something done that's technology related? Dev's your guy, if only you can convince him to come out of his house. Local hermit, Dev has a hard time socializing and only keeps a few waterdogs close. A frequent self-sabotager and easily frustrated, but persistent nonetheless. He's a lost media enthusiast and an avid media collector; evident by the many memory sticks and hard drives lying around his cluttered room. 

He works as a solo game developer for his own personal projects, but would be more than happy to tell you about this and his interest in tech if you happen to catch him on a rare good day. If you manage to get on his good side and become friends? Treasure that, for although he may not express out loud, it means a lot to him. Get on his bad side, however? Expect your computer to be bricked the next day from whatever he hacked onto it. He can hold a mean grudge.
