Blake was an adventurer and monster hunter, constantly seeking to  expand his knowledge of how to repel the supernatural. He traveled the world, eventually facing off against The Circle. This explosive fight resulted in him nearly losing his right eye, and 49 placing a curse on him. At night, or in times of stress, he switches to a darker form. While this is purely aesthetic, he has spent years trying to find a way to reverse it to no avail. He moved to Airadice to find some peace, as the city is a common hideout for many that would not be accepted elsewhere. He does his best to protect the city from all threats that wish to destroy it.
