Lex is the mostly loyal secondary Echilon of Airadice, though his questionable choice in friends often calls his credibility into Doubt. Despite his shortcomings, he truly has the best intentions for keeping the Inner City as safe as possible for its residents. He has, however, long since given up on The Fringe, dubbing any efforts to reclaim the area pointless. This has brought him into conflict with Smith many times before, though they've always found a suitable compromise.

Lex and Reaper have been friends for years, and while Reaper's aggressive demeanor often gets them in trouble, he can't find the heart to break it up with her. There may be something more between the two, but it is unclear what exactly, and Lex is hesitant to admit it as his reputation is flimsy at best already.
