Judas and his wife, Absinthe, are petty criminals haunting the streets of the Fringe. They live in a small apartment on the shore, near to the border with the Inner City Ports. He isn't fond fighting, and always tries to keep Abby from fighting Reaper whenever he's present for their encounters. He's much quieter than his wife, preferring to stay out of the spotlight and slip around in the shadows away from everyone else. He is a master manipulator and skilled at sneaking around where he doesn't belong.
