Watson is the Third Echilon of Airadice, but this mostly means he plays mediator between Lex and Smith. He runs a small clinic on the fringes of the Inner City and the Fringe, which welcomes Dogs and Cats of any background, and can often be found wandering the Fringe trying to help out. He's more of a PR representative than an Echilon, as he has far fewer responsibilities behind the desk and thus has the time to interact with the citizens.
