Sejanus originally hails from the Fringe, but his family owned a profitable factory and his father bought their way into the Inner City. While Sej does not miss the crime ridden darkness always seeping through the Fringe, he wishes he could go back. The people of the Fringe were his people, much more than the people of the Inner City. He does his best to help the Fringe in whatever ways he can, both monetarily and by staging protests. His pet snake was a parting gift from a friend in the Fringe.
