Voiding and unvoiding
What is Voiding?
Voiding is where a Waterdog is no longer recognized as part of our group.
The design will not be able to participate in the Discord group's games or be used to participate in events within the group to gain event currency or items. depending on the situation either the masterlist entry will be refilled with a new design or it will remain under the VOID tab and no longer be updated or tracked.
We do not take voiding lightly and we recommend continuing the use of your character separately from us while still leaving it in connection with the group in the case if/when you rehome the design the new owner has the opportunity to enjoy them within the community.
However, we understand that there are instances where users want no association and this page here will explain how to go about this process.
The Process to Void Your Waterdog
There are a few restrictions in place when voiding a Waterdog.
To void a Waterdog it must be your design and in your ownership.
If it is not your design then you must get permission from the designer if they are still active. This does NOT apply to users who have been blacklisted.
The reason why we require permission from original designers is that some artists do not want their designs removed from the species they created them in and we will respect that, however, if they provide the ok then we will proceed with the void.
You may send in a report [here] with the Waterdog's masterlist entry and mention that you would like to void the design and provide the designer's approval if needed. Once a staff member can get to it they will stamp it and change the design's information to be voided.
What you do with a waterdog once it's been voided is up to you.
Unvoiding your Waterdog
If you wish to unvoid your Waterdog, all you have to do is submit a report on site. Easy as that! Be sure to link the ML page of the design that needs to be unvoided as well as provide a ML image so we may update the image on their listing!Voiding Terms
Though we will restore voided Waterdogs to the price they were at voiding, we will not be adding additional value spent on it while it was voided as it was NOT part of our species during that time.
What may have been done with a voided Waterdog design is not something we can keep track of once it's no longer recognized as part of the group nor will we honor it once brought back. Where to buy an myo
