Water comprised either partially or completely of wisps of mist. Wisps can come off any water parts of the body or fully engulf parts of the body (IE: an entire mist tail).

- Mist can change shape and can “move” around the body, but must always be present unless using Multiform.
- Shaped mist can come in many forms and have wisps of hearts, ‘spikes’, stars, clouds, etc.
